We’re currently testing our self-pickup service (PUDO points), with a full rollout planned for September. If your parcel is eligible, the location and instructions will appear in your tracking details.
By default, parcels are delivered to your address. If the first attempt fails, your parcel may be redirected to a nearby PUDO point (usually within 4–5 km). In the future, we’ll expand to more pick-up points in Essen and Frankfurt to make this option more convenient.
